2 Year Blog Birthday & a Dehydrator Give Away!

It’s my blog’s 2nd birthday so it’s time to celebrate with a give away!

2yrbday

Can you believe that my Sugar-Free Mom blog has been around for 2 years already?? Yes, exactly 2 years ago today on October 21, 2011 I launched my website! Blessed beyond measure by the growth and support we’ve received from all of you! To show my appreciation I’m giving away a favorite kitchen gadget that I love!!!

Who wants a new dehydrator??? Dehydrators are perfect for making healthy dried fruit snacks for the family. The hubby also likes to make jerky with it as well. Whatever you decide to dehydrate you will not be disappointed!

Here’s mine in action making apple chips!!

dehydrator1

We’ve dried pears and apples but you can really dry whatever you like. It comes with a great book to tell you all about how to use it.

My kids can’t get enough of these so it’s a good thing this dehydrator has about 6 or 7 shelves to hold a whole lot of apple slices!

Don’t be alarmed that it says beef jerky on the box. My hubby bought two brand new and kept one in the box unused specifically for my blog’s birthday to give away to one of you!

  12. Hey Sugar Free Mom! I have struggled with being overweight almost all my life. I am now 56 and finally this year joined weight watchers and moving towards being truly healthy 🙂 After a 33 pound weight loss and 70 more to go reach my goal I am using more fruits and vegetables in my diet. My husband is a diabetic who LOVES jerky so I would surely make jerky for him too. I want to make for both of us health trail mix snacks made naturally from fresh fruits and veggie snacks without lots of additive. Thanks for considering me for the dehydrator!! Nita
