    I may have shared this before but I am a HUGE fan of advanced preparation.

    Why completely stress yourself out on the day of your party (or just on a day when you have to stay at the office late) when you can make things ahead of time.

    This way you can relax and enjoy your event, or dinner, or even just have time for a glass of wine and a good book.
