Avocado Bean Dip {Dairy & Nut Free}

Avocado Bean dip is dairy and nut free and makes a great appetizer!

If you’re an avocado fan you’ll love this dip! Perfect with fresh cut veggies or healthy crackers. Great for a party as an appetizer and made in 5 minutes in a blender! Can’t beat that right?

You could consider it like a hummus but since it doesn’t have tahini in it, it’s really not hummus. Lots of fresh herbs, garlic, lemon and extra virgin olive oil make this a tasty and healthy snack anytime!

I even spread some on whole wheat bread with a fresh slice of tomato and lettuce and called it lunch!

  1. Sounds marvelous BUT can’t eat lemon too acidic for me so any suggestions? I know the lemon keeps the avocado from turning black but my body says no lemon or lime either

  2. I’ve never heard of cannelini beans. Do you think other beans could be substituted? Maybe black beans?
