Now on to my new Coconut Inspired Recipe.....
Brenda's Recipe Tidbits:
- You can use vanilla liquid stevia if you don't have coconut, but I highly recommend the coconut flavor since it pairs so well with the coffee. I purchase through iherb.com and my discount code is YAJ035.
- I think you could use quick oats although the rolled oats will keep the mixture less mushy, unless you like mushy. 🙂
- Do not eliminate the chia seeds as that is needed to gel the mixture overnight.
- You could sub the coconut milk for any other milk of choice.
- You can use any coffee you like, but obviously the flavor my combo provides is quite amazing...... just saying. 🙂

I am slowly going from bad habits to good habits when it comes to my health. I grew up with the bad habits and now that I am in my 50s, its a hard habit to break. So, as I read your page and other similar pages, I am learning how to become better in health. I have never used chia seeds or quinoa or many of the other things that I see that are better for your health. I'm looking for a healthier me. 😀

The cool moist morning, they are ideal for running. No wheezing from the freezing, no having to thaw out after my run. I love spring mornings when it's still quiet and dark out. I can hear and see Spring without all the craziness of life.

I love it when my sister brings her Keurig to Maine in the Summer...We all have different coffee tastes and it keeps everyone happy. I am a one cup decaf drinker and it would be lovely to have the convenience of having that one cup a day. My teens liker to make mochas and my husband drinks 3 cups every morning.
