Dairy Free Ranch Dressing

If you have kids, or remember being a kid, food just tastes better with dips and dressings. I could get my kids to eat anything with a side of ranch! Now though, my daughter is dairy free and my original ranch dressing needed to change just a bit to make it for my daughter to enjoy just as much as my boys and I do. Super simple and just 4 ingredients plus seasonings and you’ve got a great side or dressing to enjoy with any salad or main entree!

Keto Ranch Dressing

What makes this a keto ranch dressing you might be asking? If you’re fairly new to the keto world, most salad dressings contain sugar or high fructose corn syrup and some pretty bad, inflammatory oils like canola, soybean, peanut, etc. When you’re eating a keto diet, these are some of the things you really need to avoid. I do like one store bought brand of dressing that is made with avocado oil and no sugar, and that is the Primal Dressing brand. They have a fantastic avocado oil mayo and many variety of dressings, as well as condiments like ketchup, all delicious in my opinion. But they can be costly, so making my Keto Ranch dressing will cost a bit less and is just as tasty!
