Ingredients
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- pepper to taste
- juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Simply whisk all ingredients together and chill in the fridge for an 30 minutes to an hour.
- Keep refrigerated for up to a week.

The first question is: Can i make fat free honey mustard dressing without using lemon?
Can you suggest any fat free snacks for me to snack on? I'm dealing with " Gerd" sensetive to a lot of fatty foods as well as acidic foods. Thats why i asked about the lemon in the honey mustard dressing.

You can probably leave out the lemon for this dressing. I'm on a keto diet now so I don't eat fat free anymore sorry!
