  1. Hi! Love this site. I eat New England Brown Bread. VERY simple ingredients and the forst ingredient is CRUSHED WHOLE WHEAT:) Also, it is VERY affordable and satiating. At times, I just use half a piece and it’s enough.

  2. Thanks for your helpful hints and tips. Keep doing what you are doing and don’t
let the sabotagers discourage you!! I have struggled with my weight for the past 8 years and now I’m really taking “time” for me. Your site has made this journey much more manageable for me. Thanks again!!

  3. Thanks for these videos!! They are super helpful. I have hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) issues during pregnancy (currently 11 weeks pregnant) and I’ve had to switch to a sugar free, sweetener free, bleached flour free diet. I assumed that I was eating sugar free bread since it said it was 100% whole wheat bread from Nature’s Own, but after watching your video, I flipped it over and realized that sugar was the 4th ingredient! I should have known!! Anyway, I’m going to switch breads now!!!

  4. Thanks for doing this vlog. I found it very useful. You seemed much more relaxed in this vlog, keep them coming. Maybe you could do one on the difference in oatmeals. Quick cook vs old fashioned vs steel cut.

  5. Thanks so much for doing these. I have just recently started eating whole foods which includes doing away with the processed foods and sugars. I actually started making my own whole wheat bread, but sometimes dont have any and need some in a hurry. This helps me know which ones to look for. You seemed a lot more relaxed in this vlog. Keep them coming.

  6. I only purchase Ezekiel Bread, flourless, sprouted grain bread. Great toasted for sandwiches. Good source for protein.

  7. Good morning Brenda, Just jumped online before heading to church… another GREAT vlog!

Wonderful tips! The sandwich bread we have on hand, is not the wisest of choices but I’m pleased to see our preference of pita bread would meet these healthful guidelines.

    Have an amazing day!
