Thank you for this video. I have destroyed so many meals in my pressure cooker. When my boyfriend see the pot on the stove, he just picks up the phone and calls for a food delivery. He says its a shame what I do to food (lol).

Thanks for this "how to". I remember growing up being afraid of the pressure cooker and canner that my Mom used non-stop. After watching your tutorial I feel more confident about adding one to my kitchen arsenal, LOL.
