Easy, delicious, fluffy, sugar-free whipped cream can be made at home in just minutes using a whipped cream dispenser or electric mixer, both methods are shared in this post! Be sure to read my step-by-step guide on using your whipped cream dispenser, as well as options to use any sugar-free sweetener you prefer, with my easy sugar-free sweetener conversion chart.
IS WHIPPED CREAM KETO?
Whipped cream that you order from any restaurant or purchase at a store or in a coffee shop, is not keto or sugar free. It is often always whipped with sugar.
Heavy cream used to make whipped cream is definitely keto. Be sure to check your carton of heavy cream as some have zero carbs and some have 1-2 carbs per serving, always check the label.
It is not hard to make a delicious, sugar-free, keto whipped cream at home whenever your heart desires!
STORE BOUGHT SUGAR FREE WHIPPED CREAM VS HOMEMADE
Of course you can certainly buy store bought sugar free whipped cream at most markets today. Back when I went sugar free in 2006, that was not the case. While many companies have gone on the market with their sugar free options for whipped cream, none of them are made with natural sugar free sweeteners.
All that I have found in markets today are filled with artificial ingredients, preservatives and ingredient names that can't be pronounced. Purchasing sugar free whipped cream might sound like an easy idea, making it at home where you can control what sweetener to use and is made it literally 2 minutes is even better!
HOW TO MAKE SUGAR FREE WHIPPED CREAM
It is very, very easy to make fluffy sugar-free, keto whipped cream at home! I've got two methods for you that provide wonderful, creamy, fluffy whipped cream with either method.
I always used my Kitchenaid stand mixer to make whipped cream, but one year I decided I wanted a new Mother's Day present and asked for aprofessional whipped cream dispenser, like you see in coffee shops! Game changer my friends!
I prefer using a whipped cream dispenser over the mixer today since it stays whipped for days in the dispenser as opposed to the mixer where you place any left overs in a bowl in the fridge and it tends to get watery and loose it's fluff.
Either method will get you a perfect, sugar free whipped cream every time!

As we are in Australia and don't have the same titles for creams n stuff, can you please tell me what percentage of fat should be in heavy cream? Yours always looks liquidy, and I tend to use one that is more solid, most of the time. I prefer fat to be 50g in 100g of cream. Lovely thick one from a small local farmer south of the city we live in.
Brenda
The heavy whipping cream I am using has 1 tablespoon with 5 grams of fat. 1 Tablespoon is about 15 milliliters or about 15 grams. Hope that helps!

Hi there! Would you happen to have a link or recommendation on the whipped cream dispenser?????
