Keto Low Carb Thanksgiving

There is no doubt about it, YOU CAN STAY LOW CARB AND/OR KETO ON THANKSGIVING! It might be a new idea for you to stick to your new lifestyle but if you truly want to, there is no reason you can’t be successful and still enjoy the holiday! I’ve done it for years by planning ahead and you can do it too! This weeks menu has all your favorites for Thanksgiving and it’s as simple as just food shopping and prepping ahead. 

Making a commitment is not just half the battle, but 90% of it. Once committed you can have a wonderful day. Make it about family and fellowship rather than all about the food. Below is a a recording of some other tips and tricks for keeping it low carb keto on Thanksgiving.

This week on the menu you’ll find some amazing recipes before Thanksgiving as well as on that day and the days after.

Pumpkin Pancakes and a Quick Pumpkin English Muffin starts out the breakfasts during the week!

We’ve got a delicious Slow Cooker Unstuffed Cabbage Roll Soup for dinner and great for left overs before Thanksgiving!

And of course we have some Low Carb Cornbread stuffing on Thanksgiving as well as Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie!

I think you’ll find a wonderful, easy menu for this next week before Thanksgiving and you’ll also find it much easier than you thought to keep it a low carb keto Thanksgiving day!

  1. Hi Brenda, I tried your meal plans before and the meals were wonderful but I was looking for some that I could make ahead and freeze. Since then I have tried doing that on my own with random recipes online. But generating shopping lists and changing serving sizes that way takes forever! If I re-join your meal plan, can I switch recipes around from the other weeks to make what I think could be made ahead would freeze well? Would it generate a shopping list for me?
