No need to aimlessly walk around the market guessing what you’ll make for dinner. 

I know how hard it can be to please picky kids and a hubby who might not be following your way of eating. My family meals are picky kid and hubby approved so you’ll save time each and every week. You’ll also be less likely to fall off the wagon and run through the drive through for lack of time to make a whole foods dinner for your family. All my recipes are low carb. You can adjust the meal plan each week for your preferences to servings and recipes. This is a win win situation when you can have all your meals planned, you’ll feel better, have less stress and can stick to your low carb diet. 

This week on the menu you’ll find a breakfast recipe that is from my very first Sugar Free Mom cookbook from 2014 that you can only get by being a meal plan member as these are not posted on my blog. Dinners will include Mexican Skillet Tamale Pie, Chicken Coq au Vin, Chicken Parmesan Calzone, Crock Pot Balsamic Caprese Stuffed Chicken recipe and of course a luscious Frozen Strawberry Cheesecake for dessert!

You can even change serving sizes and the shopping list will adjust! Since January 1st I’ve added a meal planning membership that provides you a weekly menu plan with detailed shopping list. Once you receive the meal plan in your email, all you have to do is print the shopping list. You get the new weeks menu each Friday and the week begins on Sunday so that allows you to food shop Friday or Saturday to get ready for the week ahead.

Unlike other meal plans you may have tried, this meal plan is adjustable! This means if you’re not crazy about a particular meal, you can swap it out for something else and the best part is that the shopping list adjusts accordingly! Besides that, if you don’t have a large family like I do, you can adjust the servings of all the meals and again the shopping list will adjust. It’s pretty amazing software!
