How to Get Back on Track after a Holiday
If you over indulged yesterday on the 4th of July and you're feeling really bad, mentally as well as physically, no need to fret about it. Move on, forgive yourself and take on this new day with a plan! Meal planning is the best way to get back the control you might have lost while at that summer BBQ.
Having a great meal plan takes away stress, helps you food shop smarter and makes everyone happy. This week you'll enjoy some delicious breakfast, lunches, dinners and desserts and remember, all is customizable! You can easily swap out, or delete anything you don't want. And you can even change the serving sizes! Makes life a whole lot easier when you can customize your own meal plan.
For breakfast you'll enjoy my Italian Sausage Quiche and Cream Cheese Bagel Bites.
Lunches will include some Taco Stuffed Zucchini Boats, Avocado Tomato Cucumber Salad and an Asian Chopped Salad.
Dinner will be easy with 3 slow cooker recipes! Asiago Chicken, No Bean Chili and my Balsamic Bacon BBQ Meatloaf!
I won't share all the desserts but this one is pretty fantastic, Chocolate Fat Bomb Ice Cream!

Since January 1st I've added a meal planning membership that provides you a weekly menu plan with detailed shopping list. Once you receive the meal plan in your email, all you have to do is print the shopping list. You get the new weeks menu each Friday and the week begins on Sunday so that allows you to food shop Friday or Saturday to get ready for the week ahead.
Unlike other meal plans you may have tried, this meal plan is adjustable! This means if you're not crazy about a particular meal, you can swap it out for something else and the best part is that the shopping list adjusts accordingly! Besides that, if you don't have a large family like I do, you can adjust the servings of all the meals and again the shopping list will adjust. It's pretty amazing software!
