  1. That looks so good, will try tomorrow. What Almond milk do you use? So many, not sure.
Also where do you save all your recipes? On FB? I’d like to have them all handy. They’re all so good.
Not sure how or where to save!

    1. Kay each recipe has a link above the ingredients to save the recipe using Ziplist. It’s free to sign up and any website that uses Ziplist you’ll be able to save all your favorites in your own recipe box.

  2. I stumbled across this article by accident pretty much and the picture of this smoothie alone sold me to try it. Not too mention how healthy it is. I’ll be making one of these after work today. Awesome website BTW, especially all the gluten free recipes (I’ll be passing on the link to my niece who has celiac disease). Thanks.

  3. I have to admit that I was skeptical of this smoothie when I was making it. The plain greek yogurt doesn’t taste that great to me, and the egg whites didn’t look good either. BUT, I whirrled it all up and lo & behold……it was DELISH!! I didn’t have quite a full 1/2c of blueberries, so I added about 5 frozen sliced banana pieces. And with all that protein, it has kept me feeling full….even better! Thx for the yummy recipe 🙂

    1. So glad you tried it even with reservations!!! So happy you loved it! Its my favorite one and I make every day now! thanks so much for sharing!
