Doesn't this look luscious and deliciously refreshing? Would you believe their are veggies in there? Probably not and you won't taste them either! All you will notice is the wonderful taste of mango and citrus! It will be totally filling for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack!
Using frozen mango is a great way to keep the juice nice and cold but a fresh mango is just as good. After blending just pour on ice in a large glass and enjoy!
I shared in this post how I did a 5 day Reboot veggie & juice fast and how I lost 5 pounds! This is one of the juices I made during that time as well as the Grapefruit Veggie Lime Juice I shared last week. And I have a few more I will be sharing during the coming weeks as well as a post with how I did it and guidelines. If you're thinking, "What in the world is this Reboot all about?" Check Joe Cross's website, "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" for more info on why juicing is so good for you and other 3 day, 5, 10 and 15 day free juice plans. I've been thoroughly enjoying creating juices without dairy and feel fantastic so since the reboot I've stuck with 1-2 veggie fruit juices a day.
Enjoy! It's quite delish!
