If you’re looking for a super easy, Sugar Free Valentine’s Day Dessert to swoon your loved one, these Keto No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Jars are a must make.
Sugar Free Cheesecake in a Jar
This recipe is very easy to make and so delicious for sharing with guests for a party. Perfectly portioned in a jar, everyone can grab and go!
We start with an easy buttery, almond crumb at the base of the jar, then top with a 2-minute cream cheese filling and a speedy sugar-free strawberry jam.
These cheesecake jars are ready in just 15 minutes and most likely will be eaten in a fraction of the time!
Are Strawberries Keto Friendly?
Yes strawberries can be enjoyed in moderation on a keto diet plan. 1 cup of strawberries has 11.7 grams of total carbs and 3 grams of dietary fiber.
If you count net carbs, that is 8.3 net carbs per a 1 cup serving.
Depending on your personal macronutrient allowance daily, you may need to reduce the amount of strawberries you eat, but you can certainly fit in a small portion without an issue.
How to Make Cheesecake Crumb Nut Free
If you have a nut allergy in the family, you can make the almond crumb for the base of these cheesecake jars, nut free.
You can replace the ground almonds with an even amount of sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds which will still give the crumb a nice crunch.
How to Make Keto Cheesecake Jars
Instructions
To make the strawberry jam layer;
Add the strawberries, water and optional sweetener to non-stick pan. Simmer on a medium / low heat until thick stirring regularly, about 3 - 5 minutes.
You can add a little more water, but I try not to as the strawberries will release water as they cook and the less water you use then you don’t need to add a thickener.
Squash the strawberries with the back of a spatula. Turn off the heat and option to add ground chia to thicken if you prefer more of a jam. Allow to fully cool or place in the fridge to speed this up.
Mix the base ingredients together in a bowl and use your fingers to press together to form a crumb.
Add the cream cheese, low carb sweetener and vanilla to a mixing bowl. Mix using a hand whisk until smooth. In a clean bowl whisk the heavy cream until just below stiff peaks. Fold the cream through the cream cheese using a spatula and adjust sweetness to taste.
Assemble the Cheesecake Jars
Evenly divide the crumb base into 4 jars (keeping a little back to sprinkle on top at the end), followed by filling and topped with pureed strawberry. Top with the rest of the base and optional fresh strawberry.
How to Swap Low Carb Sweeteners
Since strawberries are already sweet, the sweetener is optional in the strawberry jam layer.
The almond crumb cookie base could also be made without any sweetener if you prefer.
The cheesecake layer can be made without sweetener if you prefer or you can swap it with another low carb sweetener you like.

If you want to use almond flour in place of the ground almonds in the base, yes that would work. Please use the star rating after you've tried the recipe, thanks!
