A hidden veggie is within this luscious creamy popsicle and NO ONE will notice! These passed the hubby and kids taste test in my house!
Just be sure when preparing no one sees the hidden veggie being tossed in the blender or they won't want to try it! I speak from experience of my past mistakes. In this case I was able to sneak it in while everyone was outside! They loved them and so will you!
What's not to like about a healthy poscile treat that has less than 50 calories, no fat and is low in carbs and sugar?
Nothing!!
You probably have all the ingredients on hand right now in your fridge. The stevia is optional and even plain stevia or vanilla flavored or even a packet of powdered would work just as well.
I purchased these ice cream cone molds from my daughters dance fundraiser catalog if you can believe it! But here's a link to one I found that's just as good,

I lost my molds to a dishonest renter who was renting my home. I have made these and they are a huge hit with the grandkids.
