Orange Carrot Ginger Juice {No Added Sugar, Dairy & Gluten Free}

What better way to start your day then with a refreshing juice full of vitamin C, beta carotene, and even protein! With only 5 ingredients on hand and blender or juicer, you’ve got yourself a fabulous and QUICK breakfast to go, or snack or lunch or dinner!!!

I’ve shared in previous juice recipes lately I followed a 5 Day Juice Reboot and loved it AND lost 5 pounds too! This recipe was one I drank every day, just because I loved the flavors so much! I don’t have a juicer yet myself, but plan on getting one soon. The recipes I’ve shared below can still be made without a juicer as long as you have a good blender.

Even if you’re NOT trying to lose weight, a healthy juice full of vitamins and minerals is one terrific drink that will give a great boost of energy and leave you feeling quite refreshed!

  1. okay, i’m confused…..1 serving = 12 grams = 159 calories, per your nutrition info. convertunits.com shows 12 grams = .5 fluid oz. so, at 159 calories per .5 oz serving (12 g), shown above, an 8 oz drink would equal 2,544 calories. i am definitely missing something, i hope!

    1. There was a recipe plug in issue which converted servings to grams, it’s 12 ounces for the serving, not 12 grams

  2. Hi Brenda, I’m curious as to what blender you use that is able to blend the veggies so smooth? Looks like a great recipe that I must try soon!

    1. I used to have a Cuisinart Blender for 15 yrs but was recently blessed with a Blendtec which is super powerful.

  3. Hi Brenda, I would like to thank you so very much for all of your hard work and wonderful recipes. You have truly been a blessing to my family, and we have improved our over health (and lots a couple pounds as well). I remember on an earlier post you said that you were going to outline your 5 day juice reboot for us. I don’t know if I missed it, but wanted to inquire which juices you drank and when (and if you ate any food during those 5 days). Thank you again and have a blessed weekend!
