Spinach Mozzarella Pesto FlatOut Pizza

Love pizza? Trying to lose weight? Have you tried these Flatout flatbreads yet? I’m in love with them! They make a perfect thin crust pizza without breaking your calorie budget for the week!

Check out my review of this fabulous flatbread pizza and how I got it nice and crispy!

Now you could eat this WHOLE Flatout pizza and not do TOO much damage to your calories for the day, but it should serve at least 2. Half is still a really good size serving, adding a nice salad and you’ve got a great vegetarian meal for lunch or dinner!

My kids LOVED this pizza and asked for more while I only got one tiny bite. 🙂

Ingredients

  • 1 Flatout flatbread for pizza {I used Honey Wheat}
  • 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • 1 cup cooked, steamed spinach, drained of excess water
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, part-skim

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack over baking sheet. Lay the flat bread pizza on the grate and spray it with olive oil cooking spray. Bake it for 7 minutes. Spread the pesto sauce, add the spinach, top with cheese. Bake another 8-10 minutes. Enjoy warm!

  1. Hello there, I just saw this on Pinterest and made it tonight for my husband – it was really really good, thank you so much! I added cooked chicken and reduced the time a wee bit. I hope to see more yummies soon! E 🙂
