- If you don't have flavored pumpkin stevia you can find at iherb.com and my discount is YAJ035. I would highly recommend it! If not, choose your favorite sweetener of choice, use about ½ cup and taste and adjust as needed.
Sugar-Free Pumpkin Whipped Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree not pie filling
- 1-3 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½-1 teaspoon pumpkin liquid stevia
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend on high for at least 5 minutes until you see the consistency has been whipped well.
- Taste and adjust sweetener as needed.

Does it really require 1/2 cup of sweetener, as stated in your notes? The ingredient list states 1/2-1 tsp sweetener.

The whole thing makes 12 ounces, and 1 ounce is a serving.

I made the recipe for pumpkin whipped cream. It says to blend on high in a high-speed blender for at least 5 minutes. At about 4 minutes the whipped cream curdled. I am going to try this recipe with my hand mixer, so I can more easily see when it's done.
