Brenda’s Notes:

  • If you don’t have flavored pumpkin stevia you can find at iherb.com and my discount is YAJ035. I would highly recommend it! If not, choose your favorite sweetener of choice, use about 1/2 cup and taste and adjust as needed.

Does it really require 1/2 cup of sweetener, as stated in your notes? The ingredient list states 1/2-1 tsp sweetener.

  2. I made the recipe for pumpkin whipped cream. It says to blend on high in a high-speed blender for at least 5 minutes. At about 4 minutes the whipped cream curdled. I am going to try this recipe with my hand mixer, so I can more easily see when it’s done.
