  1. i tried to enter thru email but don’t see a enter button.

Anyway, I would love the SF cookbook as I am fighting late stage Lyme Disease. I have given up sugar, dairy, gluten, etc & really getting burned out on eating the same things all the time for 2 years now.

My Hubby was recently diagnosed with Diabetes so praying we win this to help with him as well.

  2. I am an email subscriber. Love reading your blog and trying the recipes as my son is a diabetic and I am getting on a diabetic diet. I just want to say thank for coming up with such fabulous recipes that my son will actually eat.

  3. I started keto a few months ago. I have imbalanced hormones and been TTC for 3 and a half year now. I’ve tried a lot of diet but always got off track and developped BED. On keto I have more energy and eat a lot less. Also, my cravings disappeared and I rarely have BED episode. I also read a lot about low carb nutrition and came to the conclusion that it’s the best for health. I love to cook and am always looking for new recipes. Thanks for this give away!

  4. I have type 1 diabetes and for many years, I just gave up taking care of myself because of all the complications and everyone telling me all the time that “you can’t eat that”. It has been hard but after my last complication with diabetes it scared me and I took a look at the shape I was in (weighed 350lbs) so I dropped over 145lbs and have used your blog as one of my tools!!! Thank you so very much!!!

  5. I’m an email subscriber. We recently switched to a new eating plan called the Daniel Plan. Only natural sweetners are allowed, but we’re trying to avoid somewhere odd that too. We have a few reasons for switching. I have Lupus and sugar can fuel inflammation. We also have 8 children, 5 adopted from the foster system, 6 of whom have some type of special needs, from down syndrome to autism, and adhd. Diet can affect these diagnoses alot. So we are trying to help our kids and myself thru diet. Thank you! I love your recipes!

  6. I am an email subscriber and chose your site due to sugar free recipes for diabetic hubs & for myself to lose weight. I don’t eat corn, nuts or seeds due to diverticulitis & limit dairy due to lactose intolerance. Stevia is our sugar sub of choice.
I use a lot of your recipes & love them!

  7. I eat sugar free and low carb, by choice. I lost a lot of weight going low carb and I just feel better without the carbs and sugars in my system.

  8. I started my sugar-free / low carb diet 1 year ago due to weird health issues, which were diagnosed as due to the Candida. Having read the different opinion on this, I still do not regret to havé started the diet, which is nothing else than super healthy. Your recipes helped me to re-discover a new pleasant way to eat.

  9. My daughter is a type 1 diabetic and has been for the last 8 years. Healthy choices have been a part of our lives for a long time. What I continue to tell her is this; although this is an awful disease and one that at this time cannot be cured, we are very fortunate to be living in the information age and can DECIDE to live healthy. The how to do it is all around us. Sugar free living may have started as a forced required way of life, but at least we have support of blogs like yours to help us continue to love what we eat. Thank you.

  10. Hi, I’m new to this. I am hoping I can try new ideas on cutting back on sugar. I am working to be sugar free but finding it hard to do. I would like to try recipes that would work to satisfy my sugar cravings and that is why I thought your sight would be great. Thank you.:-)

  11. I eat gluten-free and refined-sugar free. I gave up the bad sugar a couple of years ago and I’ve never felt better. The gluten-free part has been more recent. I don’t have any medical issues regarding the gluten but I think it’s a healthier way of eating. I’ve been enjoying your recipes. Thanks so much!

  12. Due to digestive issues, I have been following a low fat, nut free, gluten free,, dairy free, and low sugar diet for the last 3 years. I am appreciative of Brenda’s recipes which have expanded my culinary choices. Learning to cook with stevia with Brenda’s help has been invaluable in enabling me to have some desserts and treats. I react strongly to nuts and dairy and simply do not digest fats and oils well due to liver/gall bladder issues. So it has been fun to follow Brenda’s lead and learn some new recipes.

  13. My family is blessed with zero allergies or dietary restrictions, we are trying to be healthier by eating less processed food, especially sugary products. Thanks for your wonderful recipes!
