This is amazing! congratulations, lady! 🙂
I would love to try this cookbook. SO exciting! Merry Christmas!
I just got the book via UPS!!! I’m so excited to try some things. I’m very new to getting rid of all of the sugar and switching to natural sweeteners. I notice that your book uses stevia and sugar alcohols. I can’t use those. Stevia gives me terrible headaches that lasts for several days and the sugar alcohols give me horrible GI problems! My doctor told me to stay away from them. Is there a way to make your recipes but use things like honey, maple syrup, or coconut sugar, etc? Your recipes look so yummy!
Some recipe use coconut sugar and some recipes can easily be subbed for your sweetener of choice. Thank you for ordering!
can’t wait to try the desserts….such a sweet tooth in my house

Congratulations! What a beautiful cookbook!!!!!
Hello Brenda,
I just got your cookbook in the mail and I have really enjoyed looking through it (now I’ll give it to my husband to wrap up for me). I gave up sugar Nov. 12th, but I still haven’t tried sugar-free baking yet because I need to get the alternative sweeteners. I noticed you use Swerve a lot on your website recipes, but not in your cookbook. In those recipes I see erithritol. Are those two things interchangeable? Do you recommend one over the other? I keep seeing recipes I want to try, but I need to order some of these things first. I can’t find sugar-free chocolate chips either.
Thanks!
Unfortunately in the cookbook they would not allow me to write the brand name of the erythritol but yes I would recommend Swerve. The sugar free chips are by the brand Lily’s, you can get them online but I’ve found them at Whole Foods. Thank you for ordering!
You can find Lily’s unsweetened chocolate at Amazon.
