Chocolate Bark!!! Who doesn't love this?! And did you know how utterly quick and easy this is??
Three ingredients is all you need to make this! And about 5 minutes of your time!
Dried cranberries sweetened with apple juice instead of sugar can be found at Whole Foods as well as the roasted, salted sunflower seeds and the mini chocolate chips. You can of course use whatever chocolate chips you like. These are made with evaporated cane juice and are perfect for my boys with allergies.
Pour the entire bag of chips onto a lined parchment baking sheet and keep them close together to bake for a quick 2 minutes.
Once nice and shiny, smooth them with the tip of a butter knife and then add toppings!
Freeze for about an hour or until hardened then break into pieces! How easy is that!
Perfect gift in a bag for teachers or neighbors. 🙂
