Ingredients

15 ounce can cannelini beans, drained, rinsed
1
small avocado
seeded, peeled, chopped
3
tablespoons
lemon juice
1/2
cup
packed fresh basil
1/3
cup
fresh parsley
2
garlic cloves
sliced

teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
pepper
3
tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Place first 5 ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until just smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until desired consistency.
Makes 2 cups.
Keep refrigerated.
