Ingredients

eggs
slightly beaten
1/2

cottage cheese
4% milkfat

milk
1%
juice of 1 orange or 1/4 cup

teaspoon
vanilla extract

teaspoon

half full droppers liquid vanilla stevia

cubed hearty whole grain or gluten free bread

15 ounce bag frozen wild blueberries
Instructions
In a bowl whisk together the first 7 ingredients to combine.
Add bread and toss gently.
Pour in berries and gently combine well.
Place mixture into a 2-2.5 quart baking dish, cover and place in refrigerate for 2-12hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Top with yogurt if desired.
