Ingredients

pounds
ground chicken

teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
white pepper

tablespoons
dried minced onion

egg
beaten
1/4
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
Shape into 8 patties.
Grill on medium heat for about 12 minutes or until juices run clear.
Or Bake in the oven at 400 degrees on a wire rack on a baking pan for 25-30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
