Ingredients

Island Coconut K-cup
brewed, chilled or (1 1/4 cups chilled coffee)
1/4
cup
chia seeds
1/4
cup
rolled oats
1/4
cup
coconut milk
1/4
teaspoon-1/2 teaspoon coconut liquid stevia or to taste
pinch
salt
Instructions
In a bowl, combine all ingredients together and stir well.
Taste and adjust sweetener as needed.
Pour into 2 small mason jars or serving cups.
Refrigerate overnight.
Top with coconut cream if desired and unsweetened shredded coconut.
