Ingredients

15 ounce cans chickpeas, rinsed, drained, 1/3 cup juice reserved
1/2
cup
tahini

cloves
garlic
minced
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/2

extra virgin olive oil
juice 2 lemons or 2 tablespoons
Instructions
Add all ingredients to you food processor or blender.
Mix until smooth or desired consistency.
Makes about 4 cups.
Keep refrigerated.
