Healthier Low Carb Shamrock Shake Recipe

  • Combine the coconut milk, spinach, and peppermint extract in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust peppermint extract, if needed.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon of SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Peppermint Sweet Drops™ and the ice. Blend on high until incorporated.
  • Taste and adjust peppermint liquid stevia, if desired. Enjoy immediately or keep refrigerated. When ready to serve add some sugar free whipped cream.
