High Protein Chocolate Smoothie (No Sugar Added)

- 1 tbsp unsweetened almond butter or peanut butter,
- 1 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil
Add your almond milk, cottage cheese and cocoa powder to your high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Once well blended, add the rest of the ingredients to your high speed blender until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetener. Enjoy!
