Keto Cottage Cheese Boiled Egg Strawberry Pudding

Add cottage cheese, strawberries and hard boiled eggs to a high powered blender or food processor, blend until smooth.
Add collagen and optional ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetener.
Pour into 4 serving glasses or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or more.
Store leftovers refrigerated until ready to serve and up to 5 days. Enjoy with sugar free whipped cream if desired.
