Place the dip ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a serving dish.
For the salsa, combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and toss to combine. Top the feta dip with the salsa. You can also add a drizzle of olive oil if desired. Serve with sliced cucumbers, sliced red peppers, and your favorite keto crackers.
This dip will keep refrigerated for up to 7 days.
