Low Carb Buffalo Sloppy Joe's

- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp organic balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp organic Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth low sodium
- optional toppings: blue cheese crumbles ranch dressing, buffalo sauce
Heat the oil in a large skillet and cook the turkey until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
Add the onion, garlic and celery and cook another 7-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in the vinegar, worcestershire, buffalo sauce, tomato sauce and broth.
Combine well and bring to a low simmer.
Spoon onto low carb buns and top with optional blue cheese crumbles, ranch dressing and more buffalo sauce if desired.
