Ingredients
1/2
cup
Half & Half
or 100ml
1/2
cup
cottage cheese
1/2
cup
vanilla whey protein powder
or (47g)

cup
fresh peaches
or frozen peaches (270g) or, pits removed, sliced
1/2
cup
ice
optional: sugar-free sweetener of choice to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a
high powered blender
and blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetener if needed, top with a few chopped peaches and enjoy!
Serve over ice if desired.
Makes a total of 24 ounces. One serving is 6 ounces.
