Ingredients

unsweetened shredded coconut

unsweetened cocoa powder

hemp hearts
1/4

raw
unsalted pumpkin seeds

unsalted sunflower seeds
1/2
cup
sunflower seed butter
unsweetened

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
organic stevia extract
1/2
teaspoon
chocolate liquid stevia
optional coating: 1/4 cup sugar free chooclate chips or unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined.
Taste and adjust sweetener if needed.
Use a small cookie scoop and shape into 12 balls.
Roll in optional coating if desired.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
