Add the ingredients into a high powdered blender and blend until desired consistency.
I suggest starting with 1/2 teaspoon of liquid stevia then taste and adjust to decide if it is sweet amount for you.
If you'd like more lemon flavor add 1/4 cup more lemon juice.

It was only 5 calories using 3 cups ice, 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice with 1/4 cup water and stevia.You can still enjoy this great beverage without the ice cream if you prefer though I've been told it wouldn't be exactly like the Chick-Fil-A as they use vanilla ice cream to get that creamy texture.
