Mix the crust ingredients together in a small bowl and use a fork to press together to form crumbs. Place some of the mixture to the bottom of 4 oz jars. Save a little for sprinkling over the top.
Add the avocado, cream cheese, lime juice, zest, sweetener and salt to a mixing bowl. Mix using a hand electric mixer or stand mixer until smooth. In a clean bowl whisk the heavy whipping cream until just below stiff peaks. Fold the cream through the cream cheese using a spatula and adjust sweetness to taste.
Evenly divide the no bake key lime cheesecakes filling over the crumb in each jar. Top each with a sprinkle of crumb topping and sugar free whipped cream if desired.
