Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie

- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or whole milk
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop collagen or protein powder
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2-2 tsp pumpkin liquid stevia
- 1/2 cup ice
- Sugar Free Whipped Cream optional topping
- optional toppings for a smoothie bowl; hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seed meal, fresh fruit, and/or chia seeds
Combine all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
Adjust sweetener to your taste buds, if needed.
