Ingredients

red
purple, white small potatoes, cut into chunks

Brussels sprouts
halved

sliced onion

sliced baby belle mushrooms

pepper

package lean turkey kielbasa
sliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray the inside of 9 by 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Place all vegetables into a bowl and toss with oil, salt and pepper.
Place all vegetables into baking dish.
Cover and bake vegetables 50-60 minutes until potatoes are fork tender.
Add sliced kielbasa to baking dish and continue to bake covered for another 10-15 minutes until kielbasa is heated through.
